Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice & Takedown Procedure

1. Commitment to Copyright Protection

HackSAT.net respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

We strictly prohibit the sharing of copyrighted test materials, including but not limited to: actual SAT questions, unreleased test forms, or any proprietary content owned by the College Board or other testing organizations.

2. DMCA Agent

To file a copyright infringement notification, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent:

3. Required Information for DMCA Notice

Your DMCA notice must include the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location on our website
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Within 24-72 hours: Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content provider (if applicable) about the removal
  • Provide information about the counter-notification process
  • Keep a record of the notice for our files

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in Seoul, Republic of Korea

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their accounts permanently terminated and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

7. Original Content

All original educational content on HackSAT.net, including practice questions, explanations, and guides, is created by our team and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
